Paint A Part

About

Paint A Part will spark your team's inner creative skills and will encourage them to step away from technology and relax. Individuals receive an art kit and a pre-drawn canvas which means something to them on a personal level. Once they have finished painting their piece, they attend a fun, interactive art-themed online event, which includes team colour creations, trivia and the all-important show & tell finale. The final paintings can be enjoyed as single pieces, put onto a group virtual whiteboard or hung in a common area at the office, in a similar style to the famous Andy Warhol's “Campbell Soup Cans” piece.

Learning Outcomes

Paint A Part gives teams and individuals the chance to reconnect, whether they have been working from home or just find themselves in a state of disconnect. It encourages self awareness and allows participants to gain an insight and an understanding of others perspectives in their team. The show and tell exercise alone uncovers commonalities and can be the beginning of many life long conversation.
